By completing a purchase on this website you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Cellular Oncology Nutrition Co. under the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. No separate written contract is required. In Canada, coaching services are recognized as the purchase of a practitioner's time, expertise, knowledge, and professional resources. Coaching is not contractor work and does not involve a contract for a specific deliverable or guaranteed outcome. The act of purchasing through this website constitutes your full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
Payment Processing

Cellular Oncology Nutrition Co. processes all payments securely through Wix Payments. Your financial information is protected using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
Payment Structure

All coaching services require prepayment prior to the delivery of any session or service. Payment in full is due at the time of purchase. Where a structured payment plan has been agreed upon in writing between the practitioner and client, each scheduled installment is due and payable before the sessions to which it applies are delivered. Sessions will not be scheduled or delivered until the corresponding payment has been received and processed. Payment is not contingent upon program completion, outcomes, results, or client satisfaction. Payment constitutes compensation for the practitioner's time, expertise, knowledge, and professional resources delivered during each session, regardless of individual client outcomes or results achieved.

Understanding Coaching Services
Cellular Oncology Nutrition Co. provides nutritional coaching services. Coaching is the delivery of time, expertise, knowledge, and personalized resources. When you purchase a coaching package you are purchasing access to your practitioner's time and professional guidance. Coaching is not a contract for a specific outcome or result. Results vary between clients and depend on individual health circumstances, adherence, and factors outside the practitioner's control. Cellular Oncology Nutrition Co. does not guarantee specific health outcomes from any program or service.

This complimentary service is provided at no charge and is therefore not eligible for a refund.
Initial Consultation
The Initial Consultation may be refunded in full if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session or no-shows are not eligible for a refund as the practitioner's time has been reserved and prepared.

Coaching Packages
Coaching packages may be refunded in full before the first session has been delivered. Once coaching sessions have begun the sessions already delivered are non-refundable as the practitioner's time, expertise, and resources have been provided. If a client is unable to continue a package due to an emergency, unforeseen health circumstance, or if either the client or practitioner determines the coaching relationship is not the right fit, the client will be charged only for the sessions delivered up to that point. The remaining balance of undelivered sessions can be refunded at the discretion of the practitoner.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Clients may not withhold or request a refund on the basis of not achieving a specific health outcome, not completing program materials, personal scheduling conflicts after sessions have been booked, dissatisfaction with the pace of progress, or any expectation of a specific result or deliverable. These do not constitute grounds for a refund as the coaching time and expertise has been delivered as agreed. Under Canadian coaching law, delivered sessions represent professional time and expertise which cannot be returned once given.

Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Canada applicable to agreements made and performed therein.
